1.Introduction:
short check up of your existing energy current, aura field and well being.
2.Replacing:
you only need to sit down in front of the therapist, listening into yourself and receive what you need.
3.Relaxing:
please lay down horizontal for a while, that the new located energy current can become stabilized.
Recommendation:
On 3 days running, please do the Energy Power Replacing, to have at least the greatest success, instead of having it only for 1 time, which is the basis treatment, but indeed our minimum only.

AIONA offers a unique kind of Yoga

This is an ancient art of a Javanese and Balinese Yoga style.
It was practice at the king’s palace and within the temples.
Flowing movements are activating our own energy centers.
This will rejuvenate our body, focus our mind, satisfaction of our emotions.
Requirements:
For all levels, the Yoga lesson will adapt you on your level.
Teacher: Educated in Yoga, Ayurveda and movement theatre.
Duration: Take 1 ½ hour time / lesson 60 min.
Yoga Place: Open space and facing the sea.
REGISTRATION: Please book at least one day in advance.
